Formal world champion Pierre Andre Senizergues and owner of Sole Technology, a skateboard footwear and apparel company that produces brands such as Etnies, has came up with the idea to build him a California home that doubles as a skate park. With the help of Francois Perrin, an architect out of L.A., he is planning on making this skateboarder dream home, with some green touches, to be completed by the end of next year. Nothing like having a quick skate session while making some breakfast in the a.m. or when doing some laundry!
