Last summer some of the Zap crew went with the Skim USA team to the International UST event which took place in Santa Cruz, Portugal. The waves were fun for the event and the weather could not have been much better. Team riders Dave Scott and Emanuel Embaixador coached the Skim USA top amateurs, who were brought over by Skim USA and Zap Skimboards to compete in the event. Simão Pinto was also at the event for support and André Costa to film and document. The trip could not have gone much better with 3 of the 4 Skim USA athletes taking first in the Juniors, Seniors, and Womens divisions. Enjoy!
