The first round of the Brazil UST event at Sununga went great today for the Zap team. Riders Bruno Sá, Emanuel Embaixador, and Dave Scott skimmed really well advancing to the next round. Waves were some of the best the UST has seen for an event with many amazing rides from all the competitors. Team manager Jason Wilson was unable to compete due to a bad shin injury 3 days prior to the contest. But still in good spirit he brought on as an announcer for the event keeping the crowd and riders excited and in tune to the action. We still have 4 more days of waiting period ahead of the event so next check in will be tomorrow morning at 9am to see if the conditions are contestable.
