EVENT | June Skim Blast Info
Last year, the June Skim Blast went down in Point Pleasant, NJ as its own stand-alone event. It brought in a solid turnout and now for 2025, it has become a part of the Premier Skim West Coast Tour! We’re always stoked to see events gain momentum and the June Skim Blast should be another great stop for the Premier Skim Tour.

RECAP | 2025 Melaque Skim Contest
This past weekend we tapped into warmer weather as we got to watch our Mexican Monsters put on a show at the Melaque Skim Contest, in none other than dreamy Melaque Mexico. The weather was great and the boys had a good time representing Zap and getting to show some of what they have been working on as the skim season starts to kick into high gear.

EVENT | Skimas in March Info on March 22nd
“Skimas in March” is a charity skim event with all the proceeds going to the Piper’s Angels Foundation for Cystic Fibrosis research. Our team rider Casey McCullough-Kiernan has worked closely with them in the past and we are stoked to support them again.

This past weekend the team met up at Sebastian Inlet, Florida for the second stop on the 2025 SkimUSA tour, the ShoreLB Throwdown. With top performances from team riders, new and old, good vibes, and a new broadcasting addition to skimboarding, it was a fantastic weekend as the crew threw down and made lasting memories!

This weekend (2/22-2/23), the first stop of the Shore Lb. Triple crown is going down at Sebastian Inlet in Melbourne, FL. If you haven’t made plans to be there yet, make sure to come hang out this weekend for some good skimming, prizes, and overall good times! While out in California for the Santa Cruz Skim Pro/Am in 2024, Zap riders Gerardo Valencia, Leo Freitas, and Dylan Duncan caught up with the crew from Skim Santa Cruz and caught a solid session! The waves and vibes out in Cali were pumping so you know the boys had a blast.

RECAP | Melaque Magia 2025
…And we’re off, the 2025 skim season has officially started! The team traveled down to the infamous break of Melaque, Mexico with SkimUSA to link up with our Mexican crew for some good waves, tacos and an even better time for the 3rd annual Melaque Magia Skim Contest hosted by our very own Gerardo Valencia! Conditions were not Melaque’s best, but were fun and entertaining the whole weekend, especially with some of the sport’s best charging all day!
