The 2011 Sea Witch Skim Fest went off on Sunday October, 30 after being postponed by torrential downpour on Saturday. Despite the cold temperatures riders came out in costumes and had a festive day at the beach. The surf was so good we even added a surfing division to the event which is typically an all Skimboarding competition. This year also brought out some of the best costumes we have seen in years. Congrats to team rider Patrick Monigle for taking 2nd in the boys division and Casey Ritzer for taking 1st in the Minehune division. Even though the skim was not that good, the contest went great and everyone had a blast!
